Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

Description

- Provide customer service to inbound calls, as a partner, to coordinate information from company-wide associates, vendors, or third-party service providers, and to investigate and resolve customer issues related to their installation projects, product orders, and deliveries
- Document all interactions using internal database systems
- Execute all other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

The perfect candidate must have:

- one year of experience in customer service

- be available to work shifts between Monday to Friday (between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.) and Saturday/Sunday (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) for a total of 40 hours per week.
