Description

You will be in charge of onboarding clients as they come in from our sales team. 
An ideal candidate will be able to get clients set up quickly while educating them
on Menufy software. 
Your responsibilities include: 
  • Ensure proper setup for new clients using Spanish and English
  • Assess new client needs, provide expertise and knowledge on 
    product features, and discuss available options
  • Maintain knowledge of competing offers
  • Build a productive and trusted relationship with all clients
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction throughout the setup process
  • Gain and share industry experience with peers

Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of software principles and 
    restaurant operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Degree/Major in Business Administration or 
    Marketing
