Description

As a Group Product Manager, you take ownership of the product area that focuses on the last stages of the sales cycle. It is about creating a long-term plan for the tools in that area and driving your team to execute it. You will be the one to decide for the area what will be built when we work on that and bring the confidence why it is good for Pipedrive.
What you’ll do:
  • - Lead a team of product managers, support their growth and help them stay focused on company goals
  • - Continuously contribute to the development of our products
  • - Come up with a long-term product plan that aligns with other teams
  • - Lead the team and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the execution of your plan

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience as a product manager with people management
  • Experience creating and executing long term product plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies
