Description

- Provide a major support to the outsourcing team for the full life cycle of the contracting process.
- Guide Company established onboarding procedure to new hiring managers or business group members for future openings.
- Interview hiring managers regarding a new open position’s required skill set.
- Respond to emails, texts and online chats from hiring managers related to onboarding process
- Perform resume pre-screening and interview coordination
- Interface with hiring managers to obtain feedback on interview and candidate status
- Maintains 3rd party contractor’s travel policy
- Perform other outsourcing duties as assigned or needed

Responsibilities

-       2 more years office work experience.
-       Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
-       Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
-       Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-       Must bilingual (English and Korean)
