Description

Our new teammate will work as part of a virtual Fractional Talent Acquisition team and will screen, have initial conversations with, evaluate our clients’ applicants against performance-based job scorecards, and make interview recommendations to our Chief Talent Officer.
We believe that it’s more important for organizations to tell their story and attract the right people to their business as opposed to convincing people to join them, and because of that, our new hire will not be required to source or “headhunt” candidates… ever. Sourcing and headhunting is the least efficient, yet most expensive way to hire, and our clients deserve better than that.
We suspect that our new teammate will end up being on the phone or in Zoom rooms at least 5 hours a day, and we’re comfortable with hiring someone to join us remotely, though it would be beneficial if that person lives in the Eastern Time Zone.
