Description

- Coordinate people and processes to ensure our branding ads product campaigns are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
- Provide pre-campaign workshop to help advertisers & their agencies to design TikTok Hash Tag Challenge (HTC) & other campaigns for success;
- Work with both sales and ad ops teams to timely launch, and assist in campaign optimizations to ensure revenue is maintained and balanced with client goals;
- Campaign trouble-shooting when needed;
- Conduct post campaign data analysis, find insights and provide review for advertisers and build best practice;
- Collaborate with content partnership and product colleagues to develop, test, execute, and measure ideas for specific brand and agency clients;
- Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and inform future proposals.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategizing, planning, and executing branding campaigns in-house, in agencies or with the media side;
- Project management of brand ads campaigns from end to end execution;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Korea;
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
- TikTok user, creator, and a pro of TikTok Hash Tag Challenge (HTC) is a plus;
- Fluent in both English and Korean, which could be used as working languages.
