Description

  • “Chief of staff” supports CEO at Capgemini Japan for managing multiple internal strategic projects across various functions of Japan office including recording and reporting on status, tracking actions, detecting bottlenecks and proposing solutions. The role is closely related with the company management and operation. You will support the “ Chief of staff” to make sure the company runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Managing internal project documentation, including capturing key meeting minutes and maintaining risk registers
  • Support with collating and summarizing key business information, preparing PowerPoint presentations and other key deliverables for the Japan BU Managing Director
  • Support Chief of Staff in analyzing business information to provide recommendations to Japan BU Managing Director on strategic direction and initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Comfortable communicating with senior leadership in Japanese and English
  • Able to collaborate effectively with Capgemini teams in Japan, and global teams in APAC and other regions
  • Proactive individual, comfortable taking initiative
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner & Strong organization skills
  • 1-2 years PMO experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, able to flex communication style as needed with different stakeholders
  • Flexible, able to support with ad hoc requests outside of initial job description
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft office tool functions such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Enjoys problem-solving
  • Interest in company operations
