Collaborate with sales, implementation and support teams to understand client needs and requirements to help define experiences, features, and workflows that delight clients and make their jobs easier

Document product use cases and requirements

Present use cases to Product & R&D team

Manual Test Scenarios and Test Execution

Creation of demonstration environment and associated video content

Create user documentation
-
Effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Assist Marketing with the creation of marketing content
Responsibilities

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have some technical background and be comfortable working closely with software engineers, reading technical documentation and analysing data

Ability to learn, adapt quickly and get things completed in an Agile development process with short release cycles

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

Excellent time management and organisation

Reporting skills (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel )

A business/technical degree, or relevant experience

Flexibility in terms of business travel (around Ireland, UK and internationally if required)
