Product Manager

  • Management (incl. project, product management & human resources)

Description

  • Following market trends, customer experience and product offerings by competition
  • Analyzing and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  • Defining the product vision, pricing & strategy
  • Interact with Sales to define business and revenue targets
  • Set up and managing the product life cycle
  • Work closely with IT, sales, marketing and other departments to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Be the local contact for product management at headquarters level

Responsibilities

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Management.
  • You have extensive and substantial years (minimum 5 years) of experience, with progressive responsibility, in Product and Project Management.
  • You are preferably bilingual FR/NL and speak English fluently.
  • You have strong analytical skills in translating Product Strategy and Business information into specific actions.
  • You have a high ability to collaborate with different stakeholders (senior management teams) and have a natural interest in innovating in a field that is under enormous development.
  • You are result driven and at ease with pre-set KPIs and short deadlines.
  • You have an agile mindset and can easily respond to changing situations in the market.
  • You are a team player, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
