The team

You will be working with the Oneflow Integration Team, where we create and maintain integrations towards external CRM systems, as well as support our customers and partners to integrate towards us. We are a self-organizing team that likes to discuss how to approach and break down problems together and values data-driven decisions. We want our developers to feel a strong sense of ownership and that their work really matters. We also want them to be involved in all steps of product development, from feature planning to release.

 

What you will do

You will be responsible for coordinating and solving technical questions coming from our customer support team related to many different products, integrations and interfaces. You will maintain and improve processes and workflows to make our products and help center more stable and simple to use and you will monitor and proactively solve problems before they occur.

You will be an active part of both the integration team and a fast-growing startup where your opinions and passions will have a real impact!

This is an excellent opportunity with many different paths to take inside Oneflow in the future. For example deeper technical support, tech writing, integration and project management and working closer to sales or customer teams.

 

Who you are

We believe that you are at the beginning of your career in tech and that you are a curious mind keen to learn. You have a good understanding of web based systems and you have the ability to communicate technical problems in an understandable manner. To be suited for this role we also see that you know the basics of software development and agile development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communicator - written and spoken English is a must - proficiency in one of the nordic languages is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of web based systems, SaaS products and APIs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies and technical environments
  • Experience from working in a similar role. 
  • You are great at converting user feedback into feature requests.
  • You possess the ability to structure and analyse information.
  • You are a strong problem solver and know how to systematically solve issues with a customer-focused mindset.
